Which guy I should pick?
Something weird just happened to me in one week. 2 guys like me at the same time. I met them at school at the beginning of this semester. I just saw him twice though, first time was the first time I met him, the second time was last night. Jacob asked me to go to a school vollyball game with him last night and I went with him. How can I get rid of this annoying girl?

I am looking to see if it is healthy to put a 13 year old girl through all the training of Cross Country. What are the side effects? ANd what damage does it to your body short term and long term?

There is potential damage for anyone in any sport.
It depends on their coaches as to how they train and run.

There is no greater danger to a 13 year old girl in cross country than any other sport, and less for most other sports.

She should enjoy what she is doing, the most important thing for school age athletes is that they learn team work, have a physical training program that will help them become better more rounded individuals.

The best thing that can happen especially for girls is they learn they are capable of doing things they did not think they could do.

i ran xc all through high school… running is very good for you, but can cause shin splints, torn muscles and soreness everywhere all the time. we trained everyday for seven months every year, including before the season started, it is good to rest in between seasons and ice up every night. in the long run it keeps you in great shape… but in high school our practices were at 5 in the am… so it caused alot of tiredness. just sleep alot and take care of yourself… if your not feeling good take the day off… trust me, it saves your body in the long run. =]

Making a move, who will give me some courage?
Okay, so I’m pretty good looking, I’m pretty social, I’m pretty confident, I’m pretty charming, but I can never bring myself to make a move-go in for a kiss. Once I determine a girl likes me-which takes way more convincing than it should, I can never bring myself to make a move. Well…I was raped and kissing someone is NOT rape…trust me. I’m not sure what has happened to you in the past but don’t worry about it. If you think its the right time and place and the right stage in a relationship than you should have no problem. When a guy kisses me I don’t consider it rape because of what I have been through. If you watch porn there’s rape porno out there and if you ever watch that..(I havent…I have 3 brothers…I learn things, and they said that you figure out what is and isnt over the line.)
