 Crimson Tide (1995)
IMDB rating: 7.10
Plot: In the near future, Russian rebels have taken over one of the ICBM bases in the USSR. Alarmed by the prospect of a rebel strike, the U.S. sends the U.S.S. Alabama, a nuclear ballistic submarine, to watch over the base and retaliate in case they launch. While on patrol, the submarine is attacked and the radio systems are knocked out. An emergency message received during the battle is only partially recovered. Captain Ramsey believes it to be the order to launch on the rebels, while XO Hunter wants to wait for a confirmation message. The conflict escalates into mutiny as Ramsey and Hunter fight for control of the Alabama’s nuclear missiles.

Week 8 of College Football… Who's on Upset Alert?
Will the student become the teacher in Starkville against #1 Florida?
Will Crimson Tide country be painted Orange by some happy Vols fans?
Will the Tigers get a victory at night in Baton Rouge.. And I don’t mean LSU?
Can Oregon State pull the upset of the year AGAIN?
Will there be a happy homecoming at Mizzou today vs. the Horns?
Any other upsets you can see coming?
I gotta say I like your team Auburn and I think they just need a solid win to be ranked. My team is the same, Mizzou. We’ve lost 2 in a row to ranked teams with a QB that could barely walk. Honestly I don’t know why we don’t sit him out and let him heal. Missouri can beat Texas, but our QB need to gage his passes better this week. People have failed to noticed that Mizzou’s defense has kept them in every game this year as they make mistakes. We are inexperienced but a fast aggressive defense. We will punch Texas in the mouth. LSU and their unimpressive offense will lose to the other Tigers. The Vols have no chance. TCU will show that they are elite, but people won’t believe it. Iowa should make people stop talking about Michigan I hope. I’m all for Iowa winning the Big 10. They are 7-0 and underrated. The 2 teams I hate dearly are playing each other - Kansas and Oklahoma. I guess I need Kansas to lose for the sake of the B12 north race. I really think the orange Beavers have a chance today. USC seems to be on again off again. Cincinnati need to start winning every game by 30 points so they can get to the title. BTW my sister raised her kids down in Montgomery and I went down to Alabama from Missouri several times, usually went on down to Gulf Shores. I sort of root for both Auburn and Alabama. I don’t think the Tide will lose a game in this season. They are that good. But Auburn can make a good statemtent today as well. They need some respect like my Mizzou Tigers. I’m going to try to get you as a contact, because I could talk College Football anytime. Peace

You’re missing one. Will Michigan go a whole decade without losing to Penn State at home?
Will Iowa stay undefeated at Spartyland?
Will OU pull the upset against Kansas?

I love your weekly upset question, haha.
I think Minnesota might beat #19 Ohio State. Also, UConn is playing with a lot of heart after losing their teammate, so they might beat #23 WVU. I also see Oklahoma over #25 Kansas and possibly Auburn over #9 LSU (for you).
